Die Anwendungsberatung ist kostenlos, sofern sie den Zeitrahmen von 1 Stunde nicht überschreitet.

Bitte haben Sie Verständnis, dass bereits die detaillierte Untersuchung Ihrer Situation den kostenfreien Rahmen sprengen kann.

Ab einem Beratungsaufwand von mehr als einer Stunde ohne erzielten Auftragsabschluss über Etiketten, Hard- oder Software, werden wir Ihnen für die weitere Analyse und Beratung einen Entwicklungsauftrag anbieten.

The application consultation is free of charge, provided it does not exceed 1 hour.

Please understand that even a detailed analysis of your situation may exceed the free time frame.

If the consultation takes more than one hour before an order for labels, hard- or software can be taken, we will offer you a development order for further analysis and consulting.

1. Schritt - Analyse Ihres Etiketten-Bedarfs

(Etiketten-Menge pro Jahr, zu etikettierende Ware, Etiketten-Form, Datenmenge auf dem Etikett, Etiketten-Größe, Datenquelle)

(label quantity per year, goods to be labelled, label shape, data amount on the label, label size, data source)

2. Schritt - Analyse Ihrer IT-Umgebung
 

(Etikettendrucker / Barcode-Scanner / evtl,. bereits vorhandene Etiketten / Fremd-Software / Computer / Betriebssysteme)

Step 2 - Analysis of your IT environment

(label printer / barcode scanner / any existing labels / third-party software / computer / operating systems)

3. Schritt - Bereitstellen der notwendigen Hard- und Software-Produkte

Step 3 - Provide the required hardware and software products

Projektabschluss

Erfolgt auf der Basis einer abgerechneten Anwendungsberatung der Kauf von Hardware, Software oder Etiketten, so werden bei der Abrechnung dieses Kaufs 10% der Kaufsumme auf die Kosten der Anwendungsberatung angerechnet (max. in Höhe der Kosten der Anwendungsberatung)

Project completion

If hardware, software or labels are purchased on the basis of an invoiced application consultation, 10% of the purchase price will be credited towards the costs of the application consultation when this purchase is invoiced (max. to the amount of the costs of the application consultation)
