ERP-Systeme (Electronic Resource Planning = Warenwirtschaftssystem) sind in ihren Grundeinstellungen nicht grundsätzlich "kompatibel" oder "in-kompatibel" mit unserem Etikettiersystem.

Erst durch die Analyse der Möglichkeiten des ERP-Systems, die Daten in der passenden Formatierung und Zusammenstellung zu erzeugen bzw. zu exportieren, lässt sich die Datenverbindung mit unserer Etikettiersoftware herstellen.

Diese Analyse wird von unserem Support zusammen mit dem zuständigen Mitarbeiter oder System-Betreuer Ihres ERP-Systems durchgeführt.

Der zeitliche Aufwand, eine Datenverbindung mit der Warenwirtschaft zur Ansteuerung von Etikettendruckern herzustellen ist nicht unerheblich. Er hängt ab von der Komplexität der Etikettierung, der Zugänglichkeit der Daten und nicht zu Vergessen von der Unterstützung auf Anwenderseite (IT-Manager) und wird von uns als Consulting-Support abgerechnet.

Bitte bedenken Sie, dass der Aufwand der Datenübernahme nur dann gerechtfertigt ist, wenn dem ein entsprechend grosses Volumen an zu druckenden Etiketten gegenübersteht.

Die Berechnung der für die Anbindung aufgewendeten Zeiten in einem Support-Auftrag erfolgt über Zeiteinheiten von 1/10tel Stunden, da sich der Gesamtprozess aus einer Vielzahl von kleinen Einheiten wie Telefonaten, eMails, Testzeiten etc. zusammensetzt.
